Day 01: Arrive Cairo ‘Welcome to Egypt’

You will be met at Cairo International Airport (Arrival Procedures) by your personal care attendant and a Memphis Tours Representative, who will accompany you to your Hotel by private air-conditioned wheelchair accessible vehicle for check-in and a free welcome drink. There you will be introduced to your Tour Leader for the trip, who will explain what to expect on your visit. Your Tour Leader will be your point of contact throughout the whole trip, and will give you details of how to contact him at any time whilst in Egypt under the care of Memphis Tours. Throughout your holiday, in addition to the Tour Leader you will meet a variety of English-speaking Tour Guides, who have been chosen for their expertise on each of the areas you are visiting. After check-in you are free e to spend the rest of the day / evening at your leisure. There is an optional tour of the ‘Sound and Light Show’ at the Pyramids with wheelchair access.

Day 02: Giza Pyramids - Cairo Tour

After breakfast, your guide will collect you by private air-conditioned wheelchair accessible vehicle to visit the famous Pyramids in the area. You will begin with the famous Giza Plateau to visit the only remaining wonder from the original Seven Wonders of the Ancient World - the Great Pyramid of Khufu (called Cheops by the Ancient Greeks). Also on the Plateau are the Pyramids of Khafre (Chephren) and the smallest Pyramid of Menkaure (Mykerinos). The plateau is as famous for the mysterious structure 'the Sphinx' as it is for the Pyramids. Then to the world-renowned Egyptian Museum of Antiquities in Cairo that was built in neo-classical style and designed by the French architect Marcel Dourgnon. The museum's vast collection of over 120,000 artifacts range from Pre-Dynastic era, through the Pharaonic era to the Greco-Roman period of Egypt. Amongst the most famous items which you may see are the funerary treasures of the child King Tutankhamun, the colossal statues of the heretic King, Akhenaten, and the only surviving image of Khufu, creator of Egypt's Great Pyramid. Visiting the Museum is a great introduction to learning about the ancient Egyptian civilization, including their famous art of mummification. Continue driving to Islamic Cairo, where you will be able to explore Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s old bazaar for souvenirs. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 03: Fly Cairo to Luxor - Accessible Nile Cruise

Breakfast at the Hotel in Cairo then you will be escorted to Cairo Domestic Airport Terminal to fly down to Luxor, where you will be met and assisted by another Representative and personal care attendant to transfer by accessible vehicle to board MS Acamar 1 wheelchair accessible Nile cruise Boat (with 4 wheelchair accessible junior suites and modern adapted wheelchair bathrooms and roll-in shower). Lifts access all decks including the top sundeck. Cruising between Luxor and Aswan and includes sightseeing in each City with visits to the Nile Temples of Edfu and Kom Ombo enroute. You will accompanied by your English Egyptologist expert Guide to visit Karnak Temple, the largest place of worship ever built. Its ancient name Ipet-isut means ‘the most sacred of places.’ The temple, or, more correctly, the complex of Temples, was built over more than two thousand years by generation after generation of Pharaohs. Within the complex, the great “Hypostyle Hall” is an incredible forest of giant pillars .Then you will be transferred to the majestic Luxor Temple which built by Amenhotep III and Ramses II for rituals and festivals and dedicated to the God Amun with free time at leisure in Luxor then you will be transferred to your Nile cruise for overnight on the River Nile in Luxor.

Day 04: Luxor Wheelchair Nile Cruise Tours

Breakfast on board then enjoy an exciting full day visiting the impressive Hatshepsut Temple (home of the only female Pharaoh in history) and the huge statues known as the Colossi of Memnon. Then you will be transferred back to the cruise in Luxor. Sailing to Edfu via Esna Lock with afternoon tea on the sundeck, dinner and overnight stay on board the Nile cruise vessel.

Day 05: Accessible Nile Cruise Shore Excursions

Breakfast on board the Nile cruise boat and then you will be accompanied by your knowledgeable Guide to visit Horus Temple at Edfu, the most well preserved and largest Temple representing the Falcon Headed God Horus. After the tour, continue sailing to Kom Ombo with lunch and afternoon tea on board the Nile cruise boat .You will be accompanied by your Egyptologist Tour Guide to visit the Temple of Kom Ombo shared by the two Gods Sobek and Haroeris. Then continue sailing to Aswan with dinner and overnight on board the Nile cruise ship in Aswan.

Day 06: Aswan Nile Cruise Tours

Breakfast on board the Nile cruise vessel then you will be accompanied by your personal care attendant and Egyptologist Guide to visit the Aswan High Dam built in the 1960’s to provide the much needed electricity and irrigation for the country. Nubia, the area that was to be flooded, experienced the biggest and most thorough archaeological excavations that Egypt has known. Then and the Nubian Village to see their colourful and hospitable culture with free time at leisure in Aswan. Then you will be transferred to the MS Acamar 1 Nile cruise for overnight stay on the Nile.

Day 07: Fly Aswan to Cairo

Disembarkation from your Nile cruise boat after breakfast, then transferred to Aswan Domestic Airport by Wheelchair accessible vehicle to fly back to Cairo where you will be met and assisted by your personal care attendant and Representative and transferred to your hotel in Cairo, which has wheelchair accessible rooms with modern bathrooms and roll-in shower. Check into the Hotel with free time at leisure and overnight stay in Cairo at your Hotel.

Day 08: Cairo - Fly Back Home

After breakfast at your Hotel you will be accompanied by your personal care attendant to transfer by private air-conditioned wheelchair accessible vehicle to Cairo International Airport to fly back home.

Per Person in Sterling Per Tour and can be paid in US$ or Euros by credit card via a secure payment system with no extra surcharge. Current prices are valid until the 30th of April 2020 excluding Easter and Christmas Holidays.

Age from 2 and below 6 years: 25% of adult price

Age from 6 up to 11 years: 50% of adult price

  • Payment:

Early Reservations advised to avoid disappointment in securing your spaces..Booking secured upon receipt of a 25% deposit. During the Christmas holidays, packages require a deposit of 50%. forming part of your final payment. Packages and vacations which include International flights will require the full flight cost and deposit (25% or 50%) due to the regulations of the Airlines who require full payment

Transport for all tours included: domestic flights, trains, and air-conditioned vehicles by road.Wi-Fi, Bottled water and ice box all included whilst travelling by road. All are new vehicles for the latest design and technology.


  • Tour Guides:
