Day 01: Arrive Cairo ‘Welcome to Egypt’

You will be met at Cairo International Airport (Arrival Procedures) by your personal care attendant and a Memphis Tours Representative, who will accompany you to your Hotel by private air-conditioned wheelchair accessible vehicle for check-in and a free welcome drink. There you will be introduced to your Tour Leader for the trip, who will explain what to expect on your visit. Your Tour Leader will be your point of contact throughout the whole trip and will give you details of how to contact him at any time whilst in Egypt under the care of Memphis Tours. Throughout your holiday, in addition to the Tour Leader you will meet a variety of English-speaking Tour Guides, who have been chosen for their expertise on each of the areas you are visiting. After check-in you are free to spend the rest of the day/evening at your leisure. There is an optional tour ‘The Sound and Light Show’ at the Pyramids with wheelchair access.
Welcome Drink

Day 02: Accessible Tour to Giza Pyramids

After breakfast, your Guide will collect you by private air-conditioned wheelchair accessible vehicle to visit the famous Pyramids in the area. You will begin with the famous Giza Plateau to visit the only remaining wonder from the original Seven Wonders of the Ancient World - the Great Pyramid of Khufu (called Cheops by the Ancient Greeks). Also on the Plateau are the Pyramids of Khafre (Chephren) and the smallest Pyramid of Menkaure (Mykerinos). The Plateau is as famous for the mysterious structure 'the Sphinx' as it is for the Pyramids. After Pyramids tour you will travel to Memphis, the ancient Capital of Egypt, to visit the colossal statue of Ramesses II. Finally you will be transferred back to your hotel in Cairo for free time at leisure and peaceful overnight stay.
Please note* Whilst some Pyramids can be entered, they are not wheelchair accessible due to the ancient structure which cannot be changed.

Day 03: Cairo City Sightseeing

Enjoy your breakfast at the Hotel in Cairo before being accompanied by your private expert Tour Guide to the world-renowned Egyptian Museum of Antiquities in Cairo that was built in neo-classical style and designed by the French architect Marcel Dourgnon. The museum's vast collection of over 120,000 artifacts range from Pre-Dynastic era, through the Pharaonic era to the Greco-Roman period of Egypt. Amongst the most famous items which you may see are the funerary treasures of the child King Tutankhamun, the colossal statues of the heretic king, Akhenaten, and the only surviving image of Khufu, creator of Egypt's Great Pyramid. Visiting the Museum is a great introduction to learning about the ancient Egyptian civilization, including their famous art of Mummification. Then on to visit the Citadel of Saladin, named after the Kurdish Muslim who became the first Sultan of Egypt and Syria and who was noted for his chivalry. The Citadel is overlooked by the Muqattam Hills and includes the Mohammed Ali Alabaster Mosque which was built in Turkish style and, very similar to the Blue Mosque in Turkey, its minarets can be seen from any part of Old Cairo. You will visit also the famous Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, major souk in the Islamic district of Cairo, and the bazaar district is one of Cairo's main attractions for tourists and Egyptians alike. Finally you will be transferred back to your Hotel in Cairo for free time at leisure and peaceful overnight stay.

Day 04: Fly Cairo to Aswan - Accessible Nile Cruise

Breakfast at the Hotel and then you will be escorted to the Cairo Domestic Airport Terminal to fly down to Aswan, where you will be met and assisted by another Representative and personal care attendant to transfer by wheelchair accessible vehicle to board MS Amarco wheelchair accessible Nile Cruise Boat (It has 4 wheelchair accessible junior suites with modern accessibility, specially built accessible bathrooms and roll-in shower). Lifts access all decks including the top sundeck. It cruises between Aswan and Luxor includes sightseeing in each City and visits to the Nile Temples of Edfu and Kom Ombo enroute. You will be accompanied by your personal care attendant and Egyptologist Guide to visit the High Dam and the Unfinished Obelisk in Aswan (The Unfinished Obelisk is panoramic view only), with free time at leisure in Aswan then you will be transferred to the MS Amarco Nile cruise for overnight stay on the Nile.

Day 05: Accessible Nile Cruise Shore Excursions

Breakfast on board your Nile cruise and enjoy the amazing sunrise views from your Nile River cruise in Aswan with free time at leisure in Aswan and then sailing to Kom Ombo to visit Kom Ombo Temple the crocodile-headed God of fertility and creator of the world. Then return to your cruise vessel to sail to Edfu where you will be transferred to visit the famous Edfu Temple also known as the Temple of Horus and Haroeris, the Falcon-Headed solar war God and the largest and most perfectly preserved of all the Nile Temples Back to the Nile cruise to sail to Luxor with lunch, afternoon tea and dinner aboard your cruise and overnight stay in Luxor.

Day 06: Luxor Nile Cruise Tours

Breakfast on board the cruise boat, then you will be accompanied by our English Egyptologist expert Guide to visit Karnak Temple, the largest place of worship ever built. Its ancient name Ipet-isut means “the most sacred of places.” The temple, or, more correctly, the complex of Temples, was built over more than two thousand years by generation after generation of Pharaohs. Within the complex, the great “Hypostyle Hall” is an incredible forest of giant pillars. Then you will be transferred to the majestic Luxor Temple which was built by Amenhotep III and Ramses II for rituals and festivals and dedicated to the God Amun with free time at leisure in Luxor then you will be transferred to your Nile cruise for overnight in Luxor.

Day 07: Luxor Nile Cruise - Hurghada Red Sea

Breakfast on board before you disembark for a full day of visits with your Guide to the fabulous Hatshepsut Temple and the Colossi of Memnon then you will be accompanied by your personal care attendant and your driver with wheelchair accessible vehicle to leave for Hurghada in the Red Sea ( approximately 4 hours) to check into the your beachfront 5* deluxe Hotel with spacious wheelchair rooms furnished with modern comfortable design and wheelchair accessible with modern bathrooms and roll-in shower. Free time at leisure at the hotel in Hurghada and overnight stay.

Day 08: Hurghada Red Sea Optional Excursions

Breakfast at your Hotel with free time at leisure on the Hotel’s sandy beach, optional diving tours can be arranged with our PADI certified Diving Centre and School located inside your Hotel with a professional team dedicated for diving activities for travellers with special needs. Free time at the Hotel and overnight stay in Hurghada.

Day 09: Hurghada Red Sea Optional Excursions

Breakfast at the Hotel, then a day at leisure either relaxing or taking any of the many optional tours locally. Evening time you will be escorted by our Representative to the Marina in Hurghada to enjoy a delicious meal at the Nubian Restaurant with excellent traditional Nubian cuisine, comfortable surroundings and great views and ambience. After dinner, you will be transferred back to your Hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 10: Fly Hurghada to Cairo

Breakfast at your Hotel in Hurghada with free time at leisure then you will be transferred to Hurghada Domestic Airport Terminal by wheelchair accessible vehicle to fly back to Cairo, where you will be met and assisted by your personal care attendant and Representative to transfer you to your Hotel in Cairo which has wheelchair accessible rooms with modern bathrooms and roll-in shower. Check into your Hotel with free time at leisure and overnight stay in Cairo.

Day 11: Cairo - Fly Back Home

After breakfast at your Hotel you will be accompanied by your personal care attendant to transfer by private air-conditioned accessible vehicle to Cairo International Airport to fly back home.

Per Person in Sterling Per Tour and can be paid in US$ or Euros by credit card via a secure payment system with no extra surcharge. Current prices are valid until the 30th of April 2020 excluding Easter and Christmas Holidays.

Up to 2 years: FREE

Age from 2 and below 6 years: 25% of adult price

Age from 6 up to 11 years: 50% of adult price

Ages 12 and Up: adult price.

  • Payment:

Early Reservations advised to avoid disappointment in securing your spaces..Booking secured upon receipt of a 25% deposit. During the Christmas holidays, packages require a deposit of 50%. forming part of your final payment. Packages and vacations which include International flights will require the full flight cost and deposit (25% or 50%) due to the regulations of the Airlines who require full payment

Transport for all tours included: domestic flights, trains, and air-conditioned vehicles by road.Wi-Fi, Bottled water and ice box all included whilst travelling by road. All are new vehicles for the latest design and technology.


  • Tour Guides:

Are available to assist you with transfers to and from Airports, Hotels assisting at Airports with Visa, tickets, luggage. All tours of the sites in Egypt include constant guidance of a highly qualified Egyptologist Tour Guide.
