Day 1: Arrival Cairo - Welcome to land of the Pharaoh’s

Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be met by your Memphis Tours Representative who will accompany you to your hotel in Cairo for check-in and a free welcome drink. There you will be introduced to your Tour Manager for the trip, who will explain what to expect on your visit and will be your point of contact throughout the whole trip. He and will give you details of how to contact him at any time whilst in Egypt under the care of Memphis Tours. Throughout your holiday, in addition to the Tour Manager you will meet a variety of English-speaking Tour Guides, who have been chosen for their expertise on each of the areas you are visiting. After check-in you are free to spend the rest of the day/evening at your leisure. There is a wonderful opportunity to do an optional excursion to the Sound & Light Show on Giza Plateau, by the magnificent Pyramids.

Day 2: Pyramids and Cairo Sightseeing

After breakfast at your Hotel in Cairo, you will be accompanied by your own private Egyptologist Tour Guide to visit the famous Giza Plateau, home of Egypt’s greatest attractions the Great Pyramids, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World including the Great Pyramid of Cheops, Middle Pyramids of Chephren smallest Pyramid of Mykerinos and the Mysterious Sphinx, the Father of Terror to the ancient Pharaohs.The tour includes visit to the Valley Temple facing the great Sphinx. On the way you will have Lunch, then enjoy a visit to the world-renowned Museum of Egyptian Antiques built in neo-classical style designed by the French architect Marcel Dourgnon which exhibits a collection now of over 120000 masterpieces ranging from Pre-Dynastic era, Pharaonic era to the Greco-Roman period in Egypt, learn and discover the great Egyptian civilization and art of mummification in ancient Egypt. Moving on to visit the Christian heritage in Coptic Cairo including some of the early religious monuments of the city such as the Hanging Church or the Suspended Church, this Basilica Church was named for its location on top of the south gate of the Fortress of Babylon The Church became the centre of the Christian Church of Egypt Afterwards an enjoyable afternoon of shopping at the famous Khan El Khalili Bazaar and Old Market in Cairo.

Day 3: Cairo - Bahariya Oasis - Salty Lake

After breakfast at 6 ِِِAM early departure from Cairo in your Jeep Safari Toyota Land Cruiser towards Bahariya Oasis with one stop midway at the only cafeteria on route. Upon arrival, we take a one hour rest stop and refreshments before our first visit of the day to the British Mountain (an observation point during the British colonization), the Museum of the Golden Mummies then the Tombs of Banintiu, Zed Amon and Meftella (Old Musicians Temple),then Drive to Hotel restaurant where you will take lunch. Afternoon drive to visit the Salty Lake formed by the irrigation water of the Oasis and the surrounding fruit trees and gardens.Then a visit to the Hot Water Spring where we take a short swim then back to the Bahariya Hotel Camp for an overnight stay on half board basis.

Day 4: Crystal Mountain - Old White Desert

8 am morning drive to visit the Black Desert and the observation point of the black desert then on to El Heiz cafeteria to prepare our lunch and Continue to the Crystal Mountain and the Old White Desert where we meet our Camels men and have an overnight stay in a private camp built by our team including tents and all other equipments. Overnight in the open air on full board basis.

Day 5: Egypt White Desert

Today we start our Camel tour from the Old White Desert to El Santa Tree and Ein Khudra where we take our lunch. We then continue walking or riding towards the New White Desert to witness the spectacular display of classic stone and rock formations, formed by the erosion of wind and sand over the stones. Here we will spend the night in the open on full board basis. .

Day 6: Camel Riding at White Desert

Full day with camels in the White Desert till we reach the tents shaped rocks then to the New White Desert where we camp and spend the night in the open on full board basis , Enjoying a picnic lunch at midday.

Day 7: Farafra Oasis - Bier Dakar

Morning drive through the New White Desert then driving on to Farafra Oasis to the hot water spring to have refreshments and the chance to swim. After this relaxing experience, a drive on to visit the Museum of Badr ( traditional Art Museum ) then drive to Hotel restaurant where we take lunch in the Farafra Oasis. In the afternoon, driving East to the area of the karawin Sand Dunes known as Bier Dakar where we spend the night between the sand dunes in our built camp .

Day 8: Dakhla Oasis - Bier El Gabal

Drive early morning threw the Sand Dunes via the old Farafra Valley crossing by the old trade route caravans till we reach the Dakhla Oasis. Lunch will take place at midday then arrive to Dakhla Oasis where we spend the afternoon in the Hot Water Spring of Bier El Gabal and overnight in the Hotel camp on half board basis.

Day 9: El Quasr - Mezawaka - Deer E Hagar Temple

Drive 8vam in the morning to El Quasr (an old housing area from the 17th Century) then on to Mezawaka Tombs where we find our camels men waiting for us to ride until we reach Deir El Hagar Temple which was discovered by the Germans expedition).Back to the Hotel for lunch and refreshments followed by a free afternoon for resting.

Day 10: Balat - Hibis Temple - Bagawat Old Churches

A morning drive to Balat (Old Pharos buildings still inhabited), then drive to Sheik Hendy (bashandi Village) and on to Kharga Oasis for restaurant lunch. Afternoon visit to the Temple of Hibis and Bagawat Old Churches. Finally a drive to the Hotel in Kharga for an overnight stay on half board basis.

Day 11: Kharga Oasis to Luxor

Early morning drive from Kharga Oasis to Luxor. Uppon arrival at Luxor, you will check into your hotel with free time at leisure and overnight stay.

Day 12: Luxor Sightseeing - Fly to Sharm El Sheikh

Check out from your hotel after breakfast, then you will take the advantage of discovering the largest site in Egypt for Ancient Egyptian History. Known as the ‘Egyptian open air Museum’. Visit the magnificent Karnak Temple the largest place of worship ever built. Its ancient name Ipet-isut means “The Most Sacred of Places”. The Temple or more correctly, the complex of Temples, was built over two thousand years ago by generation after generation of Pharaohs. Within the complex, the great “Hypostyle Hall” is an incredible forest of giant pillars. Lunch in a good quality local restaurant is then provided followed by your exciting exploration across the River Nile, into the world famous Valley of the Kings, original burial site of the boy King Tutankhamun where the magnificent Tombs were discovered carved deep into the desert rock, richly decorated and filled with treasures for the afterlife of the Pharaohs, and have the opportunity to visit three Tombs (The three tombs visited are determined by the Egyptian Government as to preserve them from the large flow of visitors, therefore are rotated throughout the year and cannot be confirmed as to which tombs prior to your visit. Continuing on to visit Hatshepsut’s Temple at El Deir El Bahary. This impressive Temple was dedicated to Queen Hatshepsut the only female Pharaoh, which rises out of the desert plain in a series of terraces and merges with the sheer limestone cliffs. Then transferred to Luxor Airport to fly to Sharm El Sheikh, where you will be met, assisted and transferred to your beachfront Resort with a free welcome drink on check in check and free leisure time. Overnight at your Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh.

Day 13: Visit St. Catherine Monastery

Early pick up from your Hotel in Sharm el sheikh, and then driving to St. Catherine to visit St. Catherine Monastery approximately 220 km northwest Sharm el Sheikh. Located between St. Catherine's mount and Moses Mount, St. Catherine’s Monastery is the oldest monastery in Christianity, an Orthodox Greek Monastery within imposing walls forming a Citadel like no other and incredibly rich in important religious and historical structures. Among its treasures is a library of ancient manuscripts and icons second only to the Vatican’s it self, and a 6th century Church reputed to lie directly on the site of the Burning Bush. Quite simply, the Monastery is a defining feature of the Holy Land. From there to Dahab the Flower Power City on the Red Sea for a City and shopping tour in Dahab. Lunch at local restaurant then a drive you back to your Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh.

Day 14: Sharm El Sheikh Sunset Quad Biking Safari

Pick up from your Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh by air conditioned vehicle and drive to the Motorbike Centre where your Quad Bike adventure from Sharm El Sheikh begins. After a brief instruction on how to use the motor quad bike safely, the real fun will begin. Head off on an amazing adventure across the desert towards the Sinai Mountains, to the open plains where you can open the throttle and navigate the dunes, valleys and canyons, an unforgettable experience! A good option of escaping away from the crowds to explore the Sinai Desert, riding your quad bike across the sands at sunset when the amazing colours of the desert are revealed in all their glory. You'll explore crags and dunes as you ride along the sands on a desert escape and see the local Bedouin life. Then drive back to the quad-bike station followed by transfer to your hotel in Sharm El-Sheikh.

Day 15: Fly Sharm El Sheikh to Cairo - Fly Back Home

Breakfast at your Resort with free time at leisure followed by check-out. Then you will be transferred to Sharm el sheikh Airport to fly back to Cairo International Airport where you will connect with your international flight home.
