Day1: Arrival Istanbul

It's the start of your Istanbul/Greece Adventure, exciting, isn't it? On arrival in Turkey, you will be greeted by our Memphis Tours assistant and then transferred to your Hotel to relax and enjoy an overnight stay in Istanbul. (Meet our driver at Gate Number 9).

Day 2: Istanbul City Tour

It's the second day of your Tour to Turkey and Greece, so prepare yourself for a day of touring and discovery. After treating yourself to some breakfast we will start the day with the Hagia Sophia, the original church of Emperor Constantine dating back as far as the fourth Century. With the arrival of the Ottomans in the fifteenth century, the church was converted into a sacred Mosque, now a unique heritage site. There are still ancient scriptures from the Christian period within its walls. Your next stop will be the renowned Topkapi Palace, a stunning home and reminder of Ottoman power and inhabited from 1478 to 1856, a reminder of the enduring power of the Ottomans and the residence of the great Sultans. The palace has a unique structure and hosts various kiosks and gardens all located in the now historic area of the City with an entrance known as ‘The Horn of Gold’. Moving on to the visually unmistakable and gigantic Blue Mosque, the focal point of Istanbul and the main reason why people from across the globe come here. With its impressive six minarets, unique blue Iznik tiles throughout the interior, and the sheer enormity of the infrastructure, it is a memory that will live forever in you. Next will be yet another different time in the ancient past of this City, that of the conquering Romans who built a Hippodrome to host its spectacular chariot races, a form of important entertainment during these times. The last stop today will be to the colorful and exotic smells of the Grand Bazaar where you will get some free time to explore for yourselves. You will finally be transferred back to your Hotel in Istanbul for an overnight stay.

Day 3: Bosphorus Day Tour

After savoring a delightful breakfast, begin your day with a visit to the vibrant Egyptian Bazaar, also known as the Spice Bazaar, where colorful stalls and lively trade fill the air with rich aromas. Your adventure moves on with a captivating cruise through the picturesque Bosphorus Strait, the famous channel separating Europe from Asia. In the afternoon, head up to the top of Camlica Hill for breathtaking panoramic views of Istanbul, taking in the cityscape as you cross the Bosphorus Bridge. Next, head toward the Sea of Marmara and pause for a short visit to the elegant Beylerbeyi Palace, beautifully situated on the banks of the Bosphorus. This architectural gem from the late Ottoman period features six richly adorned reception halls and reflects the splendor of its time. As the tour progresses, enjoy views of remarkable sites such as Dolmabahce Palace, Çırağan Palace, Rumeli Fortress, and other notable landmarks. The day wraps up with a smooth return to your hotel for a restful overnight stay.

Day 4: Flight to Cappadocia / Cappadocia Full Day North Tour

After an early check-out, you’ll be picked up from your Istanbul hotel and transferred to the airport for your flight to Kayseri, as your tour through Turkey and Greece continues. Your day begins with visits to the remarkable Devrent Valley and Pasabagi, also known as Monks Valley, known for their surreal rock formations. Then, enjoy lunch at a charming local restaurant in Avanos, a town nestled along the Kizilirmak (Red River), where you’ll also get a chance to explore renowned examples of traditional Turkish handicrafts. In the afternoon, you’ll explore the fascinating Göreme Open-Air Museum and the towering Uchisar Rock Castle. The tour continues with a visit to the Kaymakli Underground City—one of the most well-preserved and extensive underground settlements in the region. Next, head to the Valley of the Three Beauties (Valle de Tres Bellas), famous for its panoramic views over Ürgüp and its picturesque vineyards, making it a perfect spot for memorable photos. Your final stop is the stunning Goreme Panorama viewpoint, before being transferred to your hotel for check-in and an overnight stay in Cappadocia.

Day 5: Cappadocia Full Day South Tour / Flight to Istanbul

Kick off the 5th day of your Tour to Turkey and Greece with a tasty breakfast then enjoy a complete excursion traveling in the south of Cappadocia, Starting your day with a walk for 4 kilometers through Valle de Rojo y Rosado. During this thrilling journey, we will see the fauna and flora of Cappadocia, which is rich in minerals and filled with vineyards. Following lunch at a local restaurant near Valle de las Palomas, the journey will continue to see the incredible underground city. It is one of the region's best preserved and deep underground cities, which dates back to the second millennium BC. The city is built on eight levels above ground and is made of soft volcanic stone. Before lunch, we will visit the Valley of Love, originally known as Valle Blanco, which has a stunning view with its gracefully shaped chimneys. Then we'll go to the ancient Christian village of Cavusin, which has been largely eroded and partially collapsed and offers spectacular views. Following this visit, we will travel to the village of Uchisar, where a natural stone castle offers great photographs from all angles. Finally, visit a carpet workshop to see how the world's famous Turkish rugs are woven, as well as an onyx and jewelry workshop. Then, You will be transferred to Kayseri airport for your flight back to Istanbul. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be transported to your hotel in Istanbul for an overnight stay.

Day 6: Departure Istanbul – Arrival Athens

Time to head to Greece, more specifically Athens. Following a delicious breakfast in your Istanbul hotel, you will be transferred to Istanbul International Airport for your departure to Athens. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your Athens hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 7: Athens City Tour

Welcome to Athens—the legendary land of Zeus, god of thunder, and Poseidon, ruler of the seas. After enjoying breakfast, you’ll begin your guided tour of this historic city’s most iconic landmarks. Highlights include the Panathenaic Stadium, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian’s Gate, the University of Athens, the National Library, the Academy, the Parliament building, and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, along with many other culturally significant sites. Your certified English-speaking guide will share fascinating stories and historical insights throughout the tour. Next, you’ll visit the awe-inspiring “Sacred Rock” of the Acropolis and the renowned Acropolis Museum—both entry tickets are included. Once the guided portion ends, you may return to your hotel or spend some free time wandering the charming and picturesque streets of Plaka. Overnight stay in Athens.

Day 8: Athens - Mykonos

Get ready for a maritime escape and a breathtaking Aegean sunset on day eight of your Turkey and Greece trip. After a refreshing morning breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Piraeus Port to board the ferry bound for the enchanting island of Mykonos. Scheduled for the perfect time of day, the ferry ride offers a chance to soak up the sun on deck and admire the endless blue of the Aegean Sea. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted and taken to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to unwind and experience the laid-back island lifestyle at your own pace. Overnight stay in Mykonos.

Day 9: Mykonos Relax

Breakfast. Free day to enjoy this magnificent island. Mykonos is the meeting point of the international ' jet set ', famous for its wonderful beaches, dazzling shops, and vibrant nightlife. This tiny island, continuously inhabited since 3000 B.C., once stood as a major cultural hub of the ancient world. Overnight stay in Mykonos.

Day 10: Final Departure

Good times really do fly by, on the last day of your Tour to Turkey and Greece, you will have plenty of leisure time before transferring to your short domestic flight connecting you to your international flight back home.
