Itinerary

On this Egypt Jordan Tour, you will arrive in Cairo the beating heart of Egypt. After a meet & greet at Cairo International Airport with your tour leader, you will be transferred to your hotel. you have the chance to relax, explore, or enjoy the Light and Sound Show at the pyramids. concluding the first day of your Egypt Jordan Tour.

Start your day with a refreshing and delicious breakfast at your hotel After which you will meet up with your experienced personal guide to launch your first day of sightseeing on your Trip to Egypt. Visit the highlights of Cairo. Starting off your tour at the Giza plateau Home to a vast array of archaeological landmarks that you will visit such as the Great Pyramid of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus, the famous Sphinx, and last but not least the Valley Temple. Following an exceptional lunch in a local restaurant, we continue the day visiting. Then head to The New Grand Egyptian Museum, alternatively called the Giza Museum, which is an archaeological treasure trove in Giza, Egypt, approximately 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) from the renowned Giza pyramid complex. Finally retreating to your Cairo Hotel for an overnight stay

After a delicious Egyptian breakfast, join your expert guide for a fascinating day exploring Cairo's historical treasures. First, you'll delve into the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, where you can marvel at the royal mummies and an extraordinary collection that highlights Egypt's vast and diverse history. Next, you'll head to Old Cairo to discover some of Egypt's most ancient churches. After a delightful lunch at a local restaurant, your historical journey continues to the magnificent Salah El-Din Citadel. Here, you'll explore the grand Mohammed Ali Mosque and soak in breathtaking panoramic views of the city. You'll spend the night in Cairo, reflecting on a day filled with incredible sights. Back to the hotel and overnight in Cairo.

After an early breakfast in your Hotel in Cairo, you will be transferred to Cairo Airport to Start your Trip to Egypt transferring you to Aswan. Landing in Aswan you will be met and assisted by our Memphis Tours representative after which you will commence your day of Aswan sightseeing taking a tour and visiting its plethora of tourist attractions starting with the Majestic Philae Temple built in devotion to Isis and Hathor, two of the many Egyptian deities. Last but not least we conclude the fourth day of your trip to Egypt with a visit to the Unfinished Obelisk nested in the stone quarries of Ancient Egypt. Finally heading back to your hotel, stay overnight in your Aswan Hotel.

In the early morning, a Memphis Tours representative will pick you up from your hotel in Aswan in a modern air-conditioned coach starting your small group tour in Abu Simbel. Kicking off with The two uniquely styled Temples of Abu Simbel Right, rightfully considered as masterpieces of ancient Egypt. Starting with the first of the Abu Simbel temples, the Temple of Ramses II was dedicated to the four universal gods Ptah, Re-Her-Akhtey, Amun-Re, and Ramesses II himself. Finally, we conclude the day with a visit to the Temple of Queen Nefertari also Called the Temple of Hathor, you will be escorted back from Abu Simbel to your Cruise in Aswan to continue your wonderful Trip to Egypt.

Kicking off the 6th day of your Egypt Jordan Tour with a Sail to Kom Ombo following an early breakfast you will be accompanied by your guide to visit Kom Ombo Temple, home to the ancient crocodile-headed and falcon-headed gods, Sobek & Horus. After visiting the temple enjoy the onboard Lunch and afternoon tea on your cruise as we sail to Edfu to explore the Temple of Horus, one of the best-preserved Ancient Egyptian temples on the Nile. Finally, enjoy dinner and an overnight stay onboard your cruiser on your way to Luxor.

After enjoying a Great onboard breakfast, you will be taken over to the West bank of the River Nile to visit the Valley of the Kings. Carved deep into the desert rock the valley is richly decorated and filled with treasures for the afterlife of the pharaohs. The tombs that can be visited are determined by the Egyptian Government to preserve the tombs by rotating them throughout the year. We then carry on our tour with a visit to the Hatshepsut temple at El Deir El Bahary, this impressive temple is dedicated to Queen Hatshepsut. Last but not least we visit the two colossal statues of Amenhotep III (Colossi of Memnon) and with that conclude the 7th day of your Egypt and Jordan Combined Tour.

After onboard breakfast, you will be taken with your Guide to Continue your visit to Luxor starting with the Karnak Temple, the largest place of worship ever built. Afterward, you will be transferred to the majestic Luxor temple which was built by Amenhotep III and Ramses II for rituals and festivals and dedicated to the god Amun. following the temple visit, you will have plenty of leisure time for exploring and shopping in Luxor. Finally, you will be transferred to Luxor airport to fly to Cairo with a direct transfer to your Hotel in Cairo for an overnight stay.

Marking the 9th day of your Egypt Jordan Tour and the first phase of your Jordan travels you will start with a tasty breakfast at your Cairo hotel. after which you will be met and assisted by a representative and transferred to Cairo International Airport to fly to Amman in Jordan. Upon arrival at the airport in Jordan, our Representative will meet and assist you through the customs procedures. Finally, you will be transferred to the hotel in Amman for leisure time and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the town of Madaba, where you will discover the ancient wonder, a beautifully crafted 6th-century Mosaic on the floor of the Old Greek Orthodox Church of Saint George, Following that, we head to Mount Nebo, the location where the Holy Prophet Moses was said to have gazed across at the Promised Land and is believed to be his final resting ground. An old Monastery overlooking the Jordan Valley, alongside other parts of the Holy Land is the next stop on your tour. Finally, a drive to the Dead Sea. Here you will get the chance to float on its famously unsinkable waters alongside its therapeutical mineral and mud properties. Then you will be transferred back to Amman for an Overnight at your hotel in Amman.

For the 11th day of Egypt and Jordan Combined Tour, you will begin your day tour in Petra, the biggest and most famous attraction in Jordan. Petra a city established around the 6th century B.C. the option of a horse ride or by foot to the Canyon is available, (the so-called Siq). We then proceed by foot to the inspiring monument known as the Treasury. Other Monuments are the Street of Facades, the Royal Tombs, and Pharaoh’s Castle. After the tour, we will drive back to your Amman Hotel for an overnight stay.
