After your museum visit, enjoy lunch at an authentic Egyptian restaurant. Later, it’s time to travel to the magnificent city of Luxor. To make the most of your day, start early by checking out of your hotel and exploring the ancient city of Luxor. Your first stop will be the impressive Temple of Karnak and the iconic the Valley of the Kings, known for its stunning collection of Pharaonic royalty's elaborate tombs. At noon, head to the West Bank to begin your luxurious dahabiya journey along the Nile River. Step aboard the Nebyt Dahabiya and savor a freshly prepared lunch while gently sailing to Esna. As you continue your journey, delight in a scrumptious dinner while surrounded by the calm and serene waters of the Nile.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Begin your day with an early morning sail through the Esna Lock while savoring a delectable breakfast on your Dahabiya. Surround yourself with stunning views as you head towards El Kab village, where you will visit the ancient El Kab Temple. Explore the hidden beauty of the majestic temples, walls, and rock-cut tombs from the New Kingdom period. Take a leisurely walk back to your Dahabiya, and appreciate the picturesque village, teeming with mud-brick houses. While sailing to Edfu, enjoy a delicious lunch on board. Upon arrival, explore the well-preserved Edfu Temple, the Temple of Horus, one of the best of the Greco-Roman era, dedicated to the falcon god Horus. Marvel at the two magnificent granite statues of Horus towering over the entrance as you enter. Experience the charm of Upper Egypt's rural life as you take a horse-drawn carriage ride to and from the temple. Pass through the unhurried life of local farmers and fishermen. After returning to your Dahabiya, set sail again through the lush, fertile landscapes adorned with banana and date palm trees. As the sun sets, drop anchor near Sheikh Rehan Island, where you can enjoy a sumptuous dinner in a charming ambiance.

Experience a delectable breakfast onboard your luxurious dahabiya as you sail towards Gebel Silsela, today's destination. Once you arrive at the historic quarries of Silsela, explore the mystical rock-cut Temple of Hormoheb and hike to the top of Silsela Mountain for a breathtaking view. Return to your dahabiya for a serene sail to Fawaza Island while relishing a delicious lunch. Savor some tea on the sun deck while enjoying the mesmerizing sunset view and indulge in a mouth-watering dinner onboard. As the day winds down, relish a scrumptious BBQ dinner at the edge of Al Bashir Island, located next to Kom Ombo.

Finally, you will reach the unique Kom Ombo temple, which boasts two identical entrances, hypostyle halls, and sanctuaries. Don't miss the chance to explore the splendid temple of Haroeris and Sobek, which is the only double temple in Egypt. Once you have finished your tour, return to your dahabiya and continue your journey toward Aswan. You can enjoy a delectable lunch and dinner on board while taking in the colorful scenery of Aswan.

This 5-day tour was the ideal way to see Cairo and Luxor without feeling rushed. From the moment we were greeted at the airport, everything ran smoothly — transfers, flights, and hotel check-ins were flawless. The expert Egyptologist guides made the history come alive at the Pyramids, Sphinx and in the Valley of the Kings. I especially loved exploring Karnak Temple and hearing stories abo

Our family loved this tour! The itinerary was packed with Egypt’s must-see sites, yet it never felt too tiring. Amazing Highlights With Excellent Guides

What impressed me most was how seamless everything was — especially the domestic flight from Cairo to Luxor and back. The tour logistics were handled expertly, and our guide ensured we got the most out of every site. The Nile cruise portion felt magical, and the attention to detail in every activity was excellent. If you want a well-organised, stress-free Egypt experience from the UK, thi

Smooth, Enjoyable and Good Value

Our tour was well organised from start to finish. The drive out to Bahariya Oasis gave us a real sense of Egypt’s landscape beyond the cities. Visiting the Golden Mummies tombs and the English House was fascinating, and the Black Desert’s volcanic hills were impressive. The White Desert was truly spectacular at sunset. The accommodation varied but was comfortable, and meals were goo

Perfect Blend of Culture and Desert Magic

This trip balanced iconic sites with authentic desert adventures. The Pyramids and GEM were amazing, but the desert journey from Bahariya to the White Desert was the highlight for us. It felt off-the-beaten-path yet safe and well-supported. Our guides were friendly and professional, always ensuring we were comfortable. The camping experience in the White Desert was unique and something we&rsquo

Memphis Tours Did a Fantastic Job

Our trip to Egypt was truly special. While every ancient site was breathtaking, the most memorable moment came during our Nile cruise. Our guide, Ahmed, saw our genuine curiosity about local life. He arranged for us to take a small boat to a remote village, where we shared mint tea with a local family. Sitting on their rooftop, we watched the sunset over the river and listened to their stories,

The True Heart of Egypt

This was one of the most memorable trips I’ve taken. The itinerary covered so much — from the Pyramids to remote desert landscapes. The overnight camp in the White Desert was definitely a highlight, and the food during the tour was better than expected. Transportation was smooth, and the guide was excellent at keeping us on schedule while still enjoying each stop. Highly recommended

A Fantastic Journey with Unexpected Costs

I was worried about the long drive, but the private vehicle was so comfortable and our guide was an absolute expert. He made the time fly by with incredible stories and details about the sites. Seeing the Valley of the Kings in person was a spiritual experience.

A Day That Felt Like a Week

I have always wanted to do a hot air balloon ride, and Luxor was the perfect place. The team was so organized from the hotel pick-up to the smooth landing. The flight itself was so peaceful, and the view of the Nile and the fertile lands was beautiful. A must-do.
