An incredible 16-day Egypt and Turkey Itinerary covering the Ancient Pharaonic sites of Egypt, along with with the medieval, Byzantine and Ottoman history of Turkey. A full exploration for all history buffs and sightseeing enthusiasts starting at the Pyramids and Great Sphinx in Cairo, to a delightful and informative Nile Cruise from Luxor to Aswan. Heading to Turkey to discovery Istanbul, Cappadocia and Ephesus. Starting with sites such as the Incredible Blue Mosque and more in Istanbul, then travelling to Cappadocia with open-air Museums and underground Cities, and Izmir with its fascinating sights of Ephesus and more.

Day 1: Arrival Cairo - Welcome to land of the Pharaoh’s

Firstly Welcome to Cairo, on the first day of your Turkey and Egypt Itinerary, your tour manager will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport (Arrival procedures) and then he will escort you to the hotel by exclusive air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. At the hotel, the tour manager will assist with a smooth check-in and review your holiday itinerary with you to establish and confirm pick-up times for each tour. spending an Overnight in your Cairo hotel.

Day 2: Pyramids & Cairo Sightseeing tour

On the Second day , Enjoy your Breakfast at your hotel in Cairo and then you will be met by your personal guide who will accompany you to Giza Plateau to visit one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus, famous Sphinx, and Valley temple facing the great statue. after which you will sit down for lunch at a good quality local restaurant. Then transfer to enjoy the Egyptian Museum, home of the child king Tutankhamen treasures room. after which we proceed to Coptic Cairo to visit the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue. Continue driving to Islamic Cairo, where you will be able to explore Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s old bazaar. Finally retreating Back to your hotel for an Overnight stay n Cairo.

Day 3: Fly Cairo to Luxor - Nile Cruise Tour

On the third day of your Tukey and Egypt itinerary. You will Check out from hotel in the morning then transfer to Cairo Airport for a flight to Luxor where you will be met and assisted, then taken by an air-conditioned vehicle to board your Egypt Nile cruise to check-in. After lunch on board, enjoy a visit to the impressive Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple. finalizing the day with a Dinner and overnight stay onboard the Nile cruise.

Day 4: Luxor Nile Cruise Excursions

After a morning breakfast onboard your Nile cruise, You will head to your first sightseeing stop, and the final resting place of 62 Pharaohs, Valley of the Kings. After which we move on to the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which was built by the architects of the New Kingdom Pharaoh Hatshepsut in the 15th century BC. Head to the Colossi of Memnon. After lunch, you will sail to Edfu enjoying a leisurely dinner onboard spending an Overnight onboard your Nile Cruise ship.

Day 5: Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples

After enjoying the onboard breakfast, visit the well-preserved Ptolemaic Temple dedicated to Horus at Edfu. Sail to Kom Ombo to see the unique Temple of Sobek, dedicated to Sobek the crocodile god, and Horus the falcon-headed god. Have your lunch on board. Continue sailing to Aswan. while treating your taste buds to dinner and an overnight stay onboard your Nile Cruise. thus concluding the fifth day of your Turkey and Egypt Itinerary

Day 6: Aswan Nile Cruise Tours

Following breakfast being served, you will be escorted by your expert tour guide for a day of sightseeing in Aswan. Starting with the Unfinished Obelisk, proceeding to the beautiful Temple of Philae, which is devoted to the two goddesses Isis and Hathor. After which Dinner will be served eventually leading to an onboard stay on your magnificent Nile Cruise.

Day 7: Fly Aswan to Cairo

Disembark from your Nile cruise after breakfast, You will be transferred to Aswan airport for your return to Cairo where you will be met and assisted at the airport then taken to your hotel spending an Overnight in Cairo finalizing the 7th day of your Turkey and Egypt Itinerary.

Day 8:Cairo / Fly to Istanbul

After a Refreshing breakfast at your hotel, transfer to Cairo International Airport for your departure to Turkey. Your English-speaking driver will meet and assist you at Istanbul Airport and then escort you to your hotel. After Checking in to your room feel free to enjoy your free time exploring Istanbul. Spending an Overnight at your Istanbul hotel.

Day 9: Istanbul City Tou

After breakfast, we will start our full day of the city with the Hagia Sophia. Originally built by Emperor Constantine in the 4th century, and converted into a mosque by the Ottomans in the 15th century. The Blue Mosque, another of the world's most important religious buildings, unique for its 6 minarets and it's celestial interior decorated with the famous blue Iznik tiles. The Hippodrome, scene and venue of chariot races. The Topkapi Palace, the residence of Ottoman Sultan's from the 15th to the 19th century. With its impressive treasury, exquisite harem, attractive courtyards and pavilions housing huge collections of antiquities, last stop at the Grand Bazaar. Transfer to hotel and overnight stay. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 10: Bosphorus Day Tour

After breakfast. We begin our tours for the day in the Spice Bazaar, one of Istanbul’s most colourful and bustling attractions. Next, we take an unforgettable cruise along the Bosphorus, the majestic strait that runs through Istanbul, linking Europe and Asia. In the afternoon, by driving across the first Bosphorus Bridge and head for the summit of Camlica Hill, which affords panoramic views of Istanbul, After which we proceed The Sea of Marmara and the Prince’s Islands. From here a short brings us to the Beylerbeyi Palace on the shore of the Bosphorus. Perhaps the most elegant of the late Ottoman palaces, Beylerbeyi boasts six sumptuously furnished reception halls. finally transferring to the hotel and overnight stay at your hotel in Istanbul.

Day 11: Istanbul - flight to Cappadocia

After a morning breakfast, you will be transferred to Istanbul airport for our domestic flight to Cappadocia arriving for an overnight stay. just in time for a Dinner and Oan overnight stay in Cappadocia. for concluding the eleventh day of your Turkey and Egypt Itinerary.

Day 12: Cappadocia Red Tour

After enjoying a great breakfast, we kick off with a full-day excursion in Cappadocia including visits to the Open Air Museum in Goreme and the natural fortress in Uchisar. Here, we will have the opportunity to discover and understand the rich history behind local handicrafts like hand-made carpets, Turkish tiles, onyx and potteries. The last sites will be Pasabag valley and Avanos. Finalizing the day with a Dinner and Overnight stay in Cappadocia.

Day 13: Cappadocia / Flight to Izmir

At the start of the day, You will be picked up from your hotel for Full day tour of South Cappadocia in wich you will see Kizilcukr, an isolated valley behind Urgup. It has a beautiful rock formation with some great hidden rock-carved churches. The most interesting part of this area is the countless tracks connecting the small villages and towns through vineyards and gardens like a spider net. It is always possible to see villagers working in the area and offering grapes, apples or apricots to you. Second is Cavusin, One of the oldest settlements in the area, Cavusin is situated 2km from Goreme, on the Göreme-Avanos road. The Church of St.John the Baptist offers a panoramic view of the village. This church and its paintings date back to the 5th century, making the oldest church in the region. It had a large courtyard which is unusual for Cappadocia, that has been eroded by time. The Underground City: One of largest and deepest of the 40 others in Cappadocia. They both have eight floors, although not all are open to the public. Last but not least is the Pigeon House: Visit the pigeon houses and rock formations. End of the tour transfer to airport for flight to İzmir.finalizing the day with an Overnight stay in Kuşadası.

Day 14: Pamukkale / Hierapolis / Kusadasi

For the fourteenth day of your Turkey and Egypt itinerary following your breakfast that will be served at 08:30 You will be picked up from your hotel for a Full day tour of Pamukkale & Hierapolis tours. In Pamukkale, you will see the Cotton Cliffs, one of the natural wonders of the world formed by deposits of calcareous salts. Also visit the ancient ruins of the City of Hierapolis with its basilica, theatre and Roman Baths. After the tour, you will be transferred to your hotel at around 19:00. Overnight in Kusadasi. Drive to Kusadasi. Last but not least we will end the day with a Dinner and overnight stay in your hotel

Day 15: Kusadasi / Istanbul

We will start the day with a Morning drive to the ancient city of Ephesus where we will visit its magnificent library, theatre and temples. Then, we continue to Virgin Mary’s House and the Basilica of St. John. In the afternoon, experience and participate in an upbeat fashion show showcasing the unique leather products manufactured in Turkey. Transfer to the airport of Izmir for our domestic flight to Istanbul. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. spending Overnight stay in Istanbul.

Day 16: Istanbul- Fly Back Home

On the final day of your Turkey and Egypt Itinerary and following breakfast you will be transferred to Istanbul International Airport for your final departure back home.

Per Person in Sterling Per Tour and can be paid in US$ or Euros by credit card via a secure payment system with no extra surcharge. Current prices are valid until April 30, 2024. excluding Easter and Christmas Holidays.

 

  • Children Policy:

Up to 2 years: FREE

Age from 2 and below 6 years: 25% of adult price

Age from 6 up to 11 years: 50% of adult price

Ages 12 and Up: adult price.

 

  • Notes: 

Children's policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents. If your tour package includes airfare then extra charges for your children may apply.

 

  • Payment:

Early Reservations are advised to avoid disappointment in securing your spaces. Booking is secured upon receipt of a 25% deposit. During the Christmas holidays, packages require a deposit of 50%. forming part of your final payment. Packages and vacations which include International flights will require the full flight cost and deposit (25% or 50%) due to the regulations of the Airlines that require full payment

 

  • Transportation:

Transport for all tours included: domestic flights, trains, and air-conditioned vehicles by road. Wi-Fi, Bottled water and an ice box are all included whilst travelling by road. All are new vehicles with the latest design and technology.

 

  • Tour Guides:
