2. How do I become a member in the Memphis Tours Rewards Program?
* Simply book your first trip with us; you’re automatically registered afterwards. We couldn’t make it any easier for you!
3. When can I start using the 10% discount?
* You can use the discount starting from your second booking with Memphis Tours and at least 30 days after the departure date of your first trip with us.
4. How can I use the 10% discount?
* Simply make sure you register for the trip with the same email address as you used during your first booking with Memphis Tours. Forgot which email address that was? Please contact us and we will figure it out for you.
5. Is there a minimum or maximum price for the tours I can redeem?
* No, there is not. Except for the items mentioned under 9., you will always get the 10% discount, no matter what the full price is.
6. Is there a minimum or maximum number of people I can register for a discounted trip?
* No. Whether you travel solo, book a romantic trip with just the two of you, or bring your whole family, as long as you book the tour, the discount will apply for everyone.
7. Can I redeem the 10% discount for the same destination?
* Absolutely, come back as many times as you like!
8. Can I pass my discount to a family member or friend?
* We believe in the joy of giving, so yes, feel free to give the discount to anyone who is dear to you.
9. Are there any items excluded from the 10% discount?
* Yes, unfortunately the discount does not apply to internal or international flights, nor to train tickets.
10. Can I get the 10% discount on optional or additional tours during my first trip?
* Unfortunately not. The discount only applies to tours and packages booked with Memphis Tours after your first trip with us.
11. When does my membership expire?
* It never does! We value all our customers and ‘out of sight, out of mind’ doesn’t apply to us. When you’ve booked with us once, we will always give you the best discount.
