Day 1: Arrival in Cairo – Welcome to Egypt
Welcome to Cairo, Egypt. Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, your tour manager will meet and assist you with arrival procedures. You will then be transferred to your hotel in a private air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. At the hotel, the tour manager will assist with check-in and review your itinerary, confirming pick-up times for upcoming tours.

Day 2: Pyramids of Giza and Grand Egyptian Museum
After a wholesome breakfast at your hotel, your private guide will take you to the Giza Plateau to marvel at the Great Pyramids of Giza, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Visit the iconic Sphinx and the Valley Temple. Enjoy lunch at a local Egyptian restaurant before heading to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), located just 2 kilometers from the pyramids. The museum offers limited access to its main galleries, grand hall, staircase, commercial area, and gardens as part of a test visit before its official opening. Return to your hotel for the evening.

Day 3: Fly to Luxor and embark Nile cruise
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor with EgyptAir. Upon arrival, you’ll be met and transferred to your Nile cruise vessel. After lunch on board, enjoy visits to the impressive Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 4: Luxor West Bank excursion
After breakfast on board, take an excursion to the West Bank, visiting the Valley of the Kings, the royal burial site of 62 pharaohs. Then explore the mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut, built in the 15th century BC, followed by a visit to the Colossi of Memnon. After lunch on board, the cruise sails to Edfu. Dinner and overnight aboard your Nile cruise.

Day 5: Temples of Edfu and Kom Ombo
After breakfast on board, visit the well-preserved Ptolemaic Temple of Horus in Edfu. Sail to Kom Ombo to explore the unique temple dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon-headed god Horus. Enjoy lunch on board as you continue sailing towards Aswan. Dinner and overnight aboard your Nile cruise.

Day 6: Aswan sightseeing
After breakfast, enjoy a day of sightseeing in Aswan. Visit the Unfinished Obelisk, the largest known ancient obelisk in Egypt’s northern stone quarries. Then explore the beautiful Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddesses Isis and Hathor. Dinner and overnight aboard your Nile cruise.

Day 7: Fly from Aswan to Cairo
After breakfast and disembarkation, transfer to Aswan Airport for your flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

Prices
- Prices - Prices per person are quoted in Sterling but can also be paid in US$ or Euros by credit or debit card via a secure credit card payment system. Any additional bank charges on bookings will be covered by Memphis Tours. The above prices are valid till April 30 2025 for Easter Tours to Egypt.
- Payment - Reservations should be made as early as possible to avoid disappointment in securing your specific required tour package. Your booking will be secured upon receipt of a 25% deposit. Please note that during the Christmas and New Year holidays, tour packages require a deposit of 50%. This deposit forms part of your final payment by credit or debit card via our secure payment system. Packages and vacations which include International flights will require the full flight cost and deposit (25% or 50%) due to the regulations of the Airlines that require full payment
- Transportation - All transport within your tours is included such as domestic flights, trains, and air-conditioned vehicles by road. Wi-Fi can be provided in road vehicles, therefore please inform us on booking if you require Wi-Fi whilst travelling by road along with complimentary bottled water. All our vehicles are new and of the latest design and technology.
- Tour Guides and Representatives - Throughout your holiday from arrival to departure, you will have the constant assistance of our Memphis Tour Representatives who are responsible for your transfers to and from Airports, Hotels, and Resorts and will assist at the Airports with Visa, tickets, and luggage and are there to answer any questions you may have.
